1. Seller
These terms govern the relationship between Krissu Kokkab OÜ (reg. code 16377178, address Sihva küla, Otepää vald, Valgamaa, e-mail kristina.jaanikesing@gmail.com, phone +372 5622 4141) and the buyer when using the web shop at krissukokkab.ee.
Krissu Kokkab OÜ is not VAT-registered. All prices shown are final in euros.
2. Ordering
All products are made to order. Please order at least a few days in advance so your treats can be prepared fresh. Exact lead time depends on the product and is indicated on the product page.
A binding order is confirmed when payment is received. If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, we will contact you and refund the payment in full.
3. Prices
All prices are in euros (€) and are final. No VAT is added. Krissu Kokkab OÜ reserves the right to change prices. The price shown at the time of ordering applies.
4. Payment
Payment is accepted via bank link or card payment through our secure payment provider. Major Estonian banks and Visa/Mastercard cards are supported. All payments are processed over a secure HTTPS connection.
Your order goes into production after payment is confirmed.
5. Pickup & Delivery
Pickup in Sihva village (Otepää parish) is free of charge — by prior arrangement. Local delivery is available in the Otepää region; the delivery fee is shown at checkout.
6. Allergens
Please ask about allergens before ordering. Products may contain or may have been produced in a kitchen that handles: eggs, milk, wheat (gluten), nuts, soya. Allergen information for each product is listed on the product page. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us directly before ordering.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Fresh baked goods (pavlovas, cakes, cake pops) are perishable and made to your specific order — they are exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right under EU consumer law. Sealed, unopened jar products may be returned within 14 days.

8. Complaints
You may submit a complaint about a product within 2 years of receipt and must notify us within 2 months of discovering the defect. Write to kristina.jaanikesing@gmail.com with your order details, description and a photo. We will respond within 15 days.
9. Personal data
We process your name, email, phone and delivery address to fulfil your order. More info: privacy policy.
10. Dispute resolution
We aim to resolve any disputes directly (kristina.jaanikesing@gmail.com). If agreement cannot be reached, the consumer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee at the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA), Endla 10A, 10122 Tallinn, jvis.ttja.ee. Estonian law applies.
11. Changes to terms
Krissu Kokkab OÜ reserves the right to change these terms. Changes take effect upon publication. Orders are governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
